China-Russia Media Forum kicks off to boost media cooperation

ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, June 25 -- The China-Russia Media Forum, which focuses on how to improve international communication in the era of all media, kicked off here Thursday.

Representatives from both countries will also discuss the media's role in promoting the integration of China's Silk Road Economic Belt initiative with the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union framework, and in boosting new-media exchange and cooperation between the two countries.
