A man in Guangdong carried his wife on a motorcycle to a hospital as she was about to give birth one dark evening. However, when they arrived, doctors were surprised to find there was no baby inside her body, and the umbilical cord had already snapped.
The mother, in pain, realized that the baby might have come out on their way to the hospital. The flustered father and doctors immediately set off to retrace their steps, searching for it. Fortunately, five drivers were guarding the site to prevent passing vehicles from hitting the baby. Having sustained only a few scratches, the baby was safe and sound.
It turns out that the baby came out and fell through the mother's pant leg to the ground while they were on their way to the hospital. As they were driving fast on a bumpy road, the navel cord snapped.
