SYDNEY, March 30 (People's Daily Online) -- A new art exhibition designed by Australian multimedia artist Dr TianLi Zu who has the Chinese culture background is now on show in China cultural centre.
The word 'elemental' means to synthesize an expressive singularity that seemingly hosts all things natural and manufactured. It is more than the commentary and description, it shows the living things. In the work, its form contains and embodies a series of boiling tensions and frissions by marshaling in the objects of striking beauty. Moreover, beauty is the key part the artist keeps pursuing. It is reflected by a series of installations of hand-cutouts, animation and light projection.
The work exhibited was curated by Professor Colin Rhodes who is from The University of Sydney and teaches at the Sydney College of the Arts.
Dr Tianli Zu was born in Beijing, China. She studied at the Fine Arts School affiliated to the China Central Academy of Fine Arts and China Central Academy of Fine Arts. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Sydney and is a cultural ambassador for Sydney College of the Arts, the University of Sydney now. The art exhibition will last until 11 April.
