December 20th this year is the 15th anniversary of Macao's return to China. The spirit of "Love Macao, Love China" has been key to the rapid development of Macao in the past 15 years. 2. World-class Tourism & Leisure Center

Once Macao was positioned as a "World-class Tourism & Leisure Center", the government put a lot of effort into turning it into a superior travel destination. Last year 30 million people visited Macao. Fernando Chui has said that becoming a world-class center for tourism and leisure will be the major goal of Macao's development in the future, together with specific plans like developing tourism, the cultural and creative industries, and the convention and exhibition industry.

3. Platform for cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries

With its unique advantages, Macao has been the perfect platform for economic and trade cooperation. In the past 15 years, China's trade with Portuguese-speaking countries has expanded in scale from 10 billion dollars to 130 billion dollars in 2013. Macao has made a great contribution to this improvement.
