Beijing police show anti-terrorism equipment in the street

Beijing Municipal Anti-terrorism Office started a citywide anti-terrorism campaign on Thursday, and the official recruitment of anti-terrorism volunteers was launched too, as a part of efforts to fight terrorism and guard the success of the upcoming APEC meetings.

Beijing police also demonstrated to the public the SWAT cars, fire motorcycles, and other specialized anti-terrorism equipment. In addition, the SWAT members showed their weapons.
