BEIJING, Oct. 27 -- A dialogue on strengthening connectivity will be held on Nov. 8 in Beijing with attendance by Chinese President Xi Jinping, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Monday.

According to spokesman Qin Gang, Foreign attendees to the dialogue include Bangladesh's President Abdul Hamid, Lao President Choummaly, Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, Myanmar President U Thein Sein, Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif,the executive secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Shamshad Akhtar and the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Dmitry Mezentsev.
