Birding is a main tourist attraction in Zimbabwe, whose largely unpolluted territory boasts of over 460 species of birds. Founded by Gary Stafford some 20 years ago, the Kuimba Shiri Bird Park near Harare is a bird sanctuary popular with foreign tourists.
