Uncle Zhou, a 74-year-old retired teacher, regards feeding cats as an important part of his life. In his childhood, he loved cats so much and started to raise cats at the age of 8. He spends 500 yuan to buy cat foods every month, feeding 34 stray cats around his community. He writes stories and poems matched with some pictures for his beloved cats.
Uncle Zhou has been kept walking five kilometers every day for eight years, rain or shine, feeding two meals for stray cats at five different sites. Although some cats died and some of them went lost, the amount of them increases all the time. Uncle Zhou named every cat and knew their nature and appearance very well. Cats were cute animals in his eyes, and stray cats should get the same concerns and cares.
