Herdsmen live on summer pastures in Hong Yuan County, northeastern Sichuan province from June to August every year. When autumn comes, they move to winter pastures. Tents and cattle can be seen on grasslands, with herdsman bustling around. Tashi's pasture is near Re Kun village. Tashi has three children. During summer vacation, his two daughters come back from school to help him, while his son takes care of an elderly. Although it is boring for the girls to do daily grind on the pasture, they are happy to stay with their family. (CNS/Wu Xiayuan)
