DPRK Calls for Inter Korean Family Exchanges

DPRK urged Seoul Sunday to accept their proposal to hold three working level meetings, including a ministerial-level one at Mount Kumgang, through the Committee for Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland (CPRF).
