CCB Governor: Give Prominence to 4 Nucleus Businesses

Wang Xuebin, governor of China Construction Bank (CCB) expressed recently that CCB would steadily develop the international business on the basis of focusing on domestic business during Tenth Five-year Plan period to finally ascend to a full-function bank of advanced international operational and managerial level.

According to him, CCB will sustain the priority given to company banking business, individual banking business, estate financing business and intermediary business. The policy of giving prominence to key points, concentrating the advantageous resources and preferentially developing central cities will be followed too.

Parent bank will enhance the direct marketing on important industrial and primitive clients. First class bank will provide a set of accessorial services to improve the market exploiting ability.

Besides CCB will also incline to central cities on credit resources, financial resources, human resources and product upgrading, business innovation and technological developing. (Panorama)
