Wang Zhaoguo, vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, went to the embassy of Laos in Beijing on the afternoon of December 13 to mourn the death of Lao Vice-President Oudom Khatthhiya.
