Education School for Taiwan Students Set up in Guangdong

A school for the children of Taiwanese doing business in China's inland areas has been set up in the city of Dongguan in Guangdong Province, south China.

With 50 million yuan from the city's Association of Taiwan Investors, the school has a 86,580-sq m campus and buildings and other facilities with a total floor space of 22,000 sq. m.

The school, the first of its kind in China's inland areas, will provide the children of Taiwan business people a thorough education from kindergarten through middle school.

There are 40,000 Taiwan business people and professionals working in 3,700 enterprises in Dongguan.
