Education APEC Launches Educational Program In Shanghai

¡¡ The APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) launched an educational program in Shanghai to help Asian countries to train financing personnel from China, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

¡¡ Funds have become an increasingly important in the international financial market because of economic globalization and the growing use of private funds to finance state projects.

¡¡ A large number of countries in the Asia-Pacific region are using funds to sponsor power plants, sewage treatment plants, highways, harbors as well as coal and petroleum projects. In the past two years, APEC has established trade and investment insurance courses, training over 200 finance personnel in Asia. (Xinhua)
