BEIJING, Oct. 12-- China's top quality watchdog said on Sunday that luxury car maker BMW will recall its 2014 Mini One cars exported to the Chinese mainland as of Nov. 11.
The recall was due to a wheel nut lock problem that could cause abnormal shake of vehicles when driving, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said in a statement.
The models were produced between May and July in 2014. The recall affects a total of 88 cars in the mainland, the statement said.
The BMW China Automotive Trading Co., Ltd. will fix the the problem for recalled cars, the statement said.
