BEIJING, Nov. 13 -- Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao met on Wednesday with Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, second vice president of Equatorial Guinea.
Hailing the traditional friendship between China and Equatorial Guinea, Li said during the meeting that both sides are in an important stage of development.
He voiced hope for the two nations to deepen political mutual trust, expand pragmatic cooperation in various fields such as oil industry, credit and loans, engineering and personnel training to upgrade bilateral ties to a new level.
Mangue said his country and China are real friends and he hoped to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in such sectors as infrastructure, oil industry and healthcare.
