HONG KONG, June 30 (Xinhua) -- C Y Leung, chief executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, met visiting Prime Minister of Romania Victor Ponta on Sunday morning and exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, a local government press release said.
Leung said that Hong Kong and Romania have been enjoying good bilateral trade relationship, hoping the two sides would continue to maintain the close ties to further enhance the economic cooperation and exchanges.
Leung encouraged Romanian enterprises to make use of Hong Kong as a super-connector between China and other parts of the world to explore business opportunities in the mainland as well as the Asia region as a whole.
