Premier Wen signs decree appointing Leung Chun-ying as HKSAR chief executive

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao shows the signed decree of the State Council appointing Leung Chun-ying as the new chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on a State Council meeting in Beijing, capital of China, March 28, 2012. According to the decision made at the meeting, Leung will take office on July 1. (Xinhua/Xie Huanchi)
