Commander of Chinese naval escort taskforce meets with CTF-151 counterpart

GULF OF ADEN, November 21 (ChinaMil) –Jiang Zhonghua, commander of the 15th escort taskforce under the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLAN), met with Jeremy Blunden, commander of the Combined Task Force 151 (CTF-151) which is also on escort mission in the waters of the Gulf of Aden, on the afternoon of November 19, 2013, local time, on the Chinese amphibious dock landing ship "Jinggangshan".

During the meeting, the two sides briefed each other on their escort forces, escort methods, information collection and so on, discussed and analyzed the escort situation in the waters of the Gulf of Aden, and also exchanged their views on the cooperation of information sharing and intelligence exchanging during escort operations.
