BEIJING, June 6 (Xinhua) -- China and the United States have held their sixth consultation on strategic security and multilateral arms control in Beijing, according to a Thursday statement from the Foreign Ministry.
The statement said both sides exchanged views on building relations, regional issues and multilateral arms control issues.
The two sides will continue to conduct dialogue and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, it said.
