Beijing end Jilin's winning streak, Guangdong, Shanghai defeated

Beijing Ducks welcomed a 108-93 road victory over Jilin Northeast Tigers, snapping their three-game winning streak in the eleventh round of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Sunday.

Randolph Morris finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds, Li Gen contributed 26 points and Sun Yue added 13 points and 8 assists for Beijing.

Min Lulei, head coach of the Ducks, said after game that injured Stephon Marbury would come back to field in 3 weeks.

The defending champions Guangdong Hongyuan encountered two-straight losses as they were defeated by Xinjiang Guanghui 104-88. Thanks to their strong attack and defence, Xinjing led during most time of the game.

Xinjiang's Lester Hudson scored a team-high 30 points and had 12 rebounds and 9 assists, 22-year-old Shirelijan Muhtar scored 21 points, and James Singleton helped with 18 points and 9 rebounds.

Guangdong's Wang Shipeng scored 24 points and Yi Jianlian contributed a double-double of 13 points and 10 boards.

Foshan Long Lions ended their 3-straight losses by beating Yao Ming-owned Shanghai Sharks 94-83. Six players of Foshan scored double-digit points and Luo Zhi scored a team-high 20 points, including six three-pointers.

Jiangsu Dragons welcomed their fourth-straight win with a 91-83 home victory over Bayi Fubang.

Bayi's Han Shuo played well when playing against his former club Jiangsu and scored 27. However, Jiangsu's Marcus Haislip performed better, having scored a team-high 39 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Meng Da and Yi Li combined with 29 points for Jiangsu.

In other games, Jonathan Gibson hit a three-pointer with less than two seconds to play, leading Zhejiang Guangsha over Qingdao Doublestars 105-102, Fujian SBS beat Liaoning Hengye 104-94, Tianjin Ronggong downed Shandong Gold 104-94, Dongguan Marco Polo defeated Shanxi Fenjiu 106-101 and Zhejiang Chouzhou had a 119-93 win over Sichuan Jinqiang.
