Tableware in Yoshinoya chain restaurant uncovered with no disinfection

The temperature to boil food must be above 100℃ in restaurants but the reporter found that vegetables or beef soup in the Yoshinoya’s restaurant located in Chongwenmenwai Dajie, Chaoyang district, were boiled in 86℃water during the dining slack period, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
