NICOSIA, March 23 (Xinhua) -- Cyprus has reached agreement with international lenders on deposits levy at Cypriot banks, local media reported on Saturday.
A 20-percent tax on deposits over 100,000 euros (about 129,000 U.S. dollars) would be levied at Bank of Cyprus, said the reports, citing Cypriot official sources.
For the deposits of the same amount at other banks, the levy would be 4-percent, said the reports.
