President Xi arrives to watch Shenzhou-10 launch

JIUQUAN, June 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived at the commanding tower platform at the Jiuquan launch center in northwest China, from which he will observe the launch of the country's Shenzhou-10 manned spacecraft, slated for 5:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Premier Li Keqiang and Liu Yunshan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, are at the Beijing Aerospace Control Center to watch a live broadcast of the launch.
