BEIJING, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Ning Fenfang, a 34-year-old farmer, had spent a lot of time visiting fellow villagers in central China's Hunan Province to gather their opinions and requests ahead of her trip to Beijing for this year's legislative session that opened earlier this week.
