Nagano governor Abe hopes Beijing Winter Olympics will help boost ties

TOKYO, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The successful Beijing Olympic Winter Games will help boost the exchanges between China and Japan, said Shuichi Abe, governor of Japan's Nagano Prefecture.
