Chairman Wang visits Bright Nagatanien hand-pulled noodle restaurant with Japanese partners

On June 3, Wang Zongnan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd., accompanied the delegation led by Machida, vice chairman of Kabushiki Kaisha Nagatanien to visit Bright Nagatanien hand-pulled noodle restaurant, a joint venture between Shanghai Nagatanien Foods Trade Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Urban Life Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of May 4th Co., Ltd. of Bright Food Group. Also attending the visit were Qi Rizhi, chairman of May 4th Co., Ltd. and Shen Hongran, general manager of May 4th Co., Ltd.

After gaining a thorough understanding about the operation and business expansion plan of the restaurant, Wang and Machida enjoyed the new noodle delicacies developed by the restaurant. Wang spoke highly of the dogged efforts by Urban Life leadership in the smooth running of the joint venture and the achievements the leadership has made. Wang also hoped that the noodle restaurant could quickly gain more market shares and boost its brand popularity by offering more gourmet foods with distinctive flavor for mass public via its high-quality chain stores expanded in a sound way.

Wang said that enhanced management, optimized organization structure, well-conceived and systematic management system, and good integration with industry chain were indispensible for the further development of the joint venture. At last, Wang hoped the dynamic noodle brand could quickly work its way into the Food Square of the Shanghai First Foodmall, especially into the Nanjing East Road Branch with strategic importance.
