Sony Xperia SP M35t

Japanese phone maker Sony has released its TD-LTE-powered Xperia SP M35t for China's 4G market that has just been up and running.

The 4.6-inch device, featuring a display resolution of 1,280 by 720 pixels, is also powered by the Jelly Bean platform, running on the 1.7-gigahertz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

The aluminum phone touts a front-facing VGA camera in addition to an 8-megapixel rear camera packing Exmor R, Sony's proprietary CMOS image sensor. The rear camera enables users to shoot videos in 1080p full HD.

The 4G phone is now available for about $500.
