Green and Ecological Industries

As the core area responsible for building the ecological safety barrier in southwest China, Pu'er has created a green development mode in line with international practices, established five key industries including leisure and holiday-making resort, regimen center, Pu'er tea, Pu'er coffee, biological manufacturing and plateau characteristic food, constructed a set of the world's leading ecological core value system and explored a green development road.

Environmental protection and ecological restoration make Pu'er more unique and charming. Some people even gasp in admiration that Pu'er is a place where the air is also filled with romance; in the eyes of officials from United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Pu'er is "the Paradise of the World, and the World of the Paradise"; and a French design master believes that Pu'er is created by God when he is in good mood.
