The competition of maritime subjects wraps up in mid June. The military competition is a comprehensive competition consisting of land subjects and maritime subjects. The land competition subject of the Special Operation Forces of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) was officially held on July 16, 2013 at the Zhurihe Combined Tactics Training Base of the Beijing Military Area Command (MAC) of the PLA. (China Military Online/Li Jing)

All the special operation members in the competition from various military area commands of the PLA will compete in dozens of subjects in complex environments in the following seven days.

The competition is a routine military training that can advance actual-combat training, and it can comprehensively improve special operation forces’ level of actual-combat training and actual-combat capability.
