South China Sea Cold Seep creatures collected by submersible Jiaolong (10)

The white sea cucumber collected on the seafloor of the South China Sea. The Jiaolong manned submersible in course of executing its first trial sea voyage collected a large number of seafloor rocks and seafloor creatures, including three sea cucumbers in white, red and black colors on July 5. This is the seventh dive of first experimental voyage of Jiaolong, as well as its third dive in Dragon Mountain. (Xinhua News Agency/Zhang Xudong)
