Traditional style black sesame paste (2)

Black sesame paste is a traditional snack in South China that became popular nationwide due to a TV ad made by Nanfang Black Sesame Group in the early 1990's. Traditional cooking procedures include decladding, screening, grinding and boiling, etc. (CnDG by Jiao Meng)
