6. Wild Duck Lake
The Wild Duck Lake is ideal for bird watching in Beijing and it is the largest wetland around Beijing. After one-hour drive from the city you can arrive at the Wild Duck Lake near the Guanting Reservoir. You can enjoy many activities like camping, horse riding, BBQ and bird watching. People can drive directly to the place next to the reservoir since it has plenty of space.
