On the morning of March 10, the first meeting of the 12th National People's Congress held its third plenary session at the Great Hall of the People. Wang Shengjun, president of the Supreme People's Court, read the work report of Supreme People's Court. Cao Jianming, the Procurator General of the Supreme People's Court read the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and MaKai, State Councilor and State Council Secretary-General read the description of the institutional reform of the State Council, the functions of its transition program, the vote for elections and the draft method on appointment of the first meeting of 12th National People's Congress.
