Rudi Visagie: former South African rugby player who, in May 2004 shot and killed his 19-year-old daughter Marle, who he mistook for a car thief, with a bullet to the head. But he never faced trial as the prosecutors dropped charges, considering he had suffered enough through the loss of his daughter.
