More than 50 university graduates have started to work at "NO. 1 Pork" butcher shops in 12 vegetable markets in Shanghai. Their outstanding learning capability, excellent characters, and good behavior gave big boost to the sales of pork. The shop now operates 500 counters in the Pearl River Delta.

The monthly income of a top seller is more than 3,000 yuan, and annual salary of management level staff is more than 100,000 yuan. The level of income is competitive to other industries.
