Lots of dishes have left over on dining table after catering and the bill is whopping… we see this scene often in restaurants. When we are attracted by the documentary "A bite of China", when we enjoy festival feast with our friends, family, and colleagues, when we admire glamorous Chinese dietary culture, do we also fluster by the extravagance and waste on a grand banquet? Do we feel ashamed for our overindulged consumption? More efforts have been given to stop banquets using public fund, but extravagance and waste still exist. We are not just honor the value of plain living, we are appealing people to respect the value of labor. "Rich" is not defined by "waste".
