Chinese Universities Expo held in Santiago, Chile (3)

Jose Miguel Aguilera, president of the Chile's National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICYT), attends the "Chinese Universities Expo", held by the Chinese Embassy and the China Scholarship Council joint with the CONICYT, in Santiago, capital of Chile, on Nov. 26, 2012.
