DUSHANBE, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building provides important guidance for political parties in different countries to strengthen their organizational foundations and enhance their governance capacity, a Tajik expert has said.

"Political parties in various countries are facing new risks and challenges in today's world," said Suhrob Raufzoda, editor-in-chief of "People's Tribune," the newspaper of Tajikistan's ruling People's Democratic Party, in an interview with Xinhua.

In his view, steadily strengthening organizational foundations and enhancing governance capacity are important guarantees for a country's long-term stability and development, and the Communist Party of China's (CPC) experience in advancing full and rigorous Party self-governance provides useful guidance for political parties in other countries.

Raufzoda attaches particular importance to China's efforts in personnel training. He said that modern state governance requires high-caliber officials with firm political conviction, professional expertise and a strong sense of responsibility. Therefore, cultivating officials and building such a cadre represent important investments in China's long-term development, he added.

In Raufzoda's view, strengthening the Party's organizational system, advancing full and rigorous Party self-governance, and cultivating high-caliber officials characterized by loyalty, integrity and a sense of responsibility are interconnected and mutually reinforcing.

The Tajik expert believes that an important objective of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building is to further strengthen the CPC so that it always remains a vibrant Marxist governing party and the strong leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

"The experience of the Communist Party of China has attracted the attention of many countries, as it demonstrates practical experience in continuously improving institutional development, strategic planning, the training of highly qualified personnel and mechanisms of state governance," Raufzoda said.

He stressed that every country has its own historical traditions, political system and development path. At the same time, continuously enhancing governance capacity, strengthening institutional development, cultivating highly qualified personnel and building public trust are common tasks facing many countries, he said.

Raufzoda also noted that China's achievements in areas such as poverty alleviation, personnel training, state governance, scientific and technological innovation, and modernization can provide useful guidance for countries of the Global South as they seek development paths suited to their national conditions.

"A deeper study of China's concrete practices can help provide a more objective and comprehensive understanding of the CPC's ideas on state governance and its experience in governance," he said.
