Continental law forum held in Macao to promote exchanges

MACAO, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- The Forum on the Inheritance and Development of the Continental Law opened on Tuesday at the University of Macao to promote exchanges and mutual learning on continental law practice and experience.
More than 10 senior legal scholars from the Chinese mainland, the Macao Special Administrative Region and other countries and regions gathered for in-depth discussions.
Two sub-forums were also held, focusing on the evolution of continental law and local practices and the role of continental law in local sustainable development, respectively.
