China says EU probe into e-commerce giant JD.com unlawful

BEIJING, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Justice on Wednesday said that the European Union's recent cross-border investigation into Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com under its Foreign Subsidies Regulation has constituted unlawful extraterritorial jurisdiction.
