New Party chief appointed for China's Hebei Province

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Luo Wen has been appointed secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Hebei Provincial Committee, according to a decision of the CPC Central Committee.

Ni Yuefeng will no longer hold the post, and will be assigned to a new post, said the decision made public on Friday.
