BEIJING, July 23 (Xinhua) -- China Coast Guard's actions to drive away two Philippine government vessels that intruded into China's territorial waters off Huangyan Dao on Thursday were professional, standard-compliant, legitimate and lawful, a spokesperson said on Thursday.
