China's State Council appoints officials

BEIJING, July 10 (Xinhua) -- China's State Council on Friday announced the appointment of officials.

Fan Bi was appointed as deputy director of the Research Office of the State Council.

Tang Hongwu was named president of Sun Yat-sen University.
