BEIJING, July 2 (Xinhua) -- He Wei, vice chairman of China's National People's Congress Standing Committee, will attend the funeral of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran on July 3 on behalf of China, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Thursday.
