China continues to support U.S. search for remains of missing U.S. military personnel

BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) -- China will continue to help the United States in search for the remains of U.S. military personnel missing within Chinese territory since the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1931-1945), according to China's Ministry of National Defense.
The Chinese and U.S. militaries held a video conference on archives cooperation on Wednesday, during which they exchanged views on the cooperation and agreed on a preliminary cooperation plan for 2026, the ministry said.
The Chinese side will continue to help the United States in search for the remains of missing U.S. military personnel in the spirit of humanitarianism, the ministry said.
