Xi, Sisi call for efforts to facilitate unhindered entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza

CAIRO, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi called for efforts to consolidate the Gaza ceasefire, facilitate the unhindered entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, and enable the Palestinian National Authority to return to Gaza as soon as possible, said a joint statement on Wednesday.
During Xi's state visit to Egypt, the two countries released the joint statement on further deepening their comprehensive strategic partnership.
