Erhai Lake ecological corridor in China's Yunnan enters peak tourism season during summer holiday

The Erhai Lake ecological corridor has entered its peak tourism season during the summer holiday, with cycling becoming a popular choice for many visitors to tour the lake and get close to the nature.
Local authorities have been continuously upgrading the infrastructure and supporting services along the corridor to create more cultural and tourism experiences. In the first seven months of 2026, the corridor has received more than 17 million visitors. (Xinhua/Hu Chao)
