MANILA, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Japan should truly learn from history, make a clean break with militarism, commit to the path of peaceful development, and do more to earn the trust of its neighbors and the international community, the Chinese delegation said.
The Chinese delegation made the remarks when refuting Japan's false rhetoric regarding the so-called "China threat" at the ASEAN Regional Forum and the East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers' Meetings held in Manila, the Philippines.
