Draft outline of China's 15th Five-Year Plan submitted to top legislature for review

BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- The draft outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) for national economic and social development was submitted Thursday to the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress, China's top legislature, for review.
